Edward is passionate about bridging the gap between global NGO standards and local realities. He believes that sustainable change emerges from strategic clarity, context-driven tools, and adaptive organizational intelligence.
With a background in Computational Social Science and Business IT, and training in AI, data science, and adaptive leadership, he brings a rare combination of technical expertise and lived field experience. Having worked in complex and fragile contexts, he designs scalable, high-impact solutions that integrate data, AI, and operations—helping organizations lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
The vision for Edify originated from an actual dream experienced in London in January 2025 — a vivid image of white fire flames descending from heaven slowly as snow, resting on the grass of a large landscape and burning continuously without consuming it.
Following this experience, two words clearly emerged — Purify and Edify — capturing the essence of Sustainable transformation and growth, and becoming the foundation of the organization's name and purpose: to strengthen ministries and elevate organizations and leaders through integrity, empowerment, and renewal.
The word Edify holds deep biblical meaning, used repeatedly by Paul in his letters to describe spiritual and communal growth:
"For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." — Ephesians 4:12
