Edify Solutions AB ("Edify", "we", "us") is the data controller for the information described here. We are a company registered in Sweden (registration number: 559556-9863), based in Norrköping, Sweden. You can reach us at info@edifys.co.
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, organization name, your area of interest, and your message.
We use this information for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form.
Your message is received and read by the owner of Edify Solutions AB — no one else in the company has access to it. The form and website are operated through our hosting and form provider (Netlify), which processes the submission on our behalf so it can reach our inbox. Because this provider operates internationally, your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards.
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and to follow up on our conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@edifys.co. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
